Currently, I am an in-network provider for Cigna. For all other insurance companies, I am an out of network provider. If your plan includes out of network benefits, a portion of my fee will likely be covered. I can issue you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, or if it's easier for you, I can do this on your behalf.
Once we schedule your initial session, I will email you a link to your Patient Portal account where you can access all necessary paperwork. I ask you to review my office policies and informed consent prior to your first appointment so that I can answer any questions you have about them when we meet. Other than that, all you need for your first session is yourself.
