Dealing with Infertility

Receiving an infertility diagnosis, or realizing that getting (and staying) pregnant might not be easy for you can be devastating. You've suddenly found yourself on  a road filled with stops and starts, punctuated by loss and steeped in uncertainty.

My clinical training combined with my personal experience  mean that you don't have to explain to one more person what you're going through. I get it.  In our work together we can focus on managing stress, processing messy feelings and learning how to be your own best advocate. I'm here to sort through options, support you in making hard decisions, and help find what might feel like an impossible balance.

Some common issues that may come up:

  • Miscarriage/pregnancy loss
  • Termination for Medical Reasons
  • Exploring treatment options, including IUI/IVF
  • Secondary infertility and feelings of guilt
  • Pregnancy after infertility
